Most of the time, you’ll be able to select Cast when you open your quick menu of settings at the top of your phone’s screen. If you click on the option to cast with your Chromecast (or Nvidia Shield) and you’ll see the phone’s display reproduced onto the T.V. After that, you can start Zoom like normal and then watch the video on your T.V.
