Auto tracking is achieved by observing motion or an object (in more sophisticated cameras) and then using PTZ PTZ to follow it. Certain PTZs also zoom into and out when tracking. If the object ceases to move it will be able to stop moving. PTZ will be returned to its original location, which is a preset point on the camera.
