To begin to begin, connect to an IPEVO Document camera with your Chromebook. Then, sign in to the account you have created on Youtube account. After that, click on the Camera icon on the top of the screen and choose Live stream. Then, click the Webcam on the page for settings and select the camera for the document as the video and audio source.
