Zoom was a lot easier to use particularly for people who are not tech-savvy and less stricken by glitches and bugs. A plethora of users could be displayed on the Zoom screen however, not the same with Skype. It was also easy to invite chatters since the new Zoom users only needed an email address to sign up and not have a full-blown account.
