Some users are unhappy about the fact that the webcam not working properly on Webex. This issue is usually caused by an old webcam driver, a different application that is hogging the webcam or another external cause. It is possible to resolve the majority of Webex problems with simply restarting the application, but occasionally it’s not enough.
